The Pan Survivor Alliance is an allied group of survivors, tied together as a network of mutual assistance

The PSA was founded shortly after the initial outbreak, by a group of survivors and former military personnel. The initial recruiting was done during the unstable period of time, during the Second Civil War. Initial recruiting was done via air-dropped fliers, giving the recipients a link to the LDJ website, and a civilian radio band with which to contact the PSA base of operations.
